Mom of Six.
Business Confidence Coach.
And Once My Own Biggest Roadblock.

Which is exactly why I understand what it’s like to know you’re capable of more—but still second-guess yourself instead of taking the consistent action that grows your business.

I'm a mom of six. I have a full life, big dreams, and a business I love.

But for years, I believed I needed another strategy... another certification... another plan before I could finally feel confident.

The truth?

It wasn't strategy that was holding me back.

It was confidence.

Once I learned to believe in myself, build confidence, and trust myself enough to take consistent action, everything changed.

The Part Nobody Sees

For years, I did everything “right.”

I learned the strategies. I invested in the courses. I earned the degrees and certifications. I created the content, refined the offers, rebuilt the plans, and kept showing up.

From the outside, I looked capable, accomplished, and confident.

But behind the scenes, I was constantly second-guessing myself. I overthought decisions, changed direction, hesitated, stopped and started again, and kept looking for the next strategy that would finally help me grow my business.

I didn’t need another strategy..
I needed to trust myself enough to take consistent action.

I had spent years trying to solve a confidence problem with another business strategy.

And no matter how much I learned, I kept getting in my own way—second-guessing what I was doing, changing direction, and struggling to consistently take the actions that would actually grow my business.

The Turning Point

I finally realized what had to come first.

I didn’t need to work harder. I didn’t need more discipline. And I definitely didn’t need another strategy.

I had spent years believing confidence would come after I created the success I wanted. But I had it backwards.

Belief had to come first. Then confidence. Then self-trust. Because when I trusted myself, I stopped second-guessing every decision and started taking consistent action.

And consistent action is what finally allowed me to uplevel my business.

The Realization

I had everything I needed. I just wasn’t trusting myself to use it

I looked at everything I had learned, built, accomplished, and tried. I had the strategies. I had the experience. I knew what to do.

And I realized:
Knowing what to do was never the problem.

I didn’t need another strategy. I needed to believe in myself enough to trust what I already knew.

Because when I second-guessed myself, I changed direction, hesitated, stopped and started again, and struggled to take the consistent action that actually grows a business.

Here’s what I discovered:

Belief creates confidence. Confidence creates self-trust. And self-trust is what allows you to stop second-guessing and consistently take action.

Belief

I needed to believe in myself first.

I had to stop letting every slow week, unanswered post, or uncertain decision become evidence that I wasn’t capable of creating the business I wanted.

Self-Trust

I needed to trust my decisions.

I had to stop constantly questioning my niche, my offers, my marketing, and myself—and learn to make decisions without needing absolute certainty first.

Consistent Action

I needed to keep taking action.

Instead of changing direction every time something didn’t work immediately, I learned to keep marketing, selling, evaluating, and moving forward.

I didn’t need another strategy.
I needed to trust myself enough to consistently execute.

Because belief builds confidence. Confidence builds self-trust. Self-trust creates consistent action. And consistent action is what grows a business and creates time and financial freedom.

The Path Forward

Everything changed when I stopped second-guessing myself.

I stopped searching for the next thing that would finally make business easier and started building the confidence to trust myself, take consistent action, and grow the business I knew I was capable of building.

Step One

Stop Second-Guessing

Learn to recognize the doubt, overthinking, and constant questioning that keeps you changing direction, hesitating, and getting in your own way.

Step Two

Take Consistent Action

Build the confidence and self-trust to make decisions, follow through, keep marketing and selling, and continue taking action even when you don’t have guaranteed results.

Step Three

Uplevel Your Business

Consistent action creates momentum. Momentum creates growth. And growth gives you the ability to build a business that supports the life you actually want.

Confidence was never the final destination.

It was what allowed me to stop second-guessing myself, trust my decisions, and consistently do the work that moved my business forward.

Because this is what I learned:

When you stop second-guessing yourself, you take more consistent action. When you take consistent action, you create business growth.

And when you uplevel your business, you create the time freedom and financial freedom to build a business—and a life—you’re excited about.

Why I Work With Mom Coaches

Because I know what it’s like to want more from your business—and your life.

I understand what it means to build a business in the middle of a full life—to have big dreams, limited hours, a family who needs you, and a deep desire to create something meaningful.

I understand the ambition, resourcefulness, and determination that make Mom Coaches so powerful.

And I understand what it’s like to second-guess your niche, your offer, your marketing, your decisions—and wonder why building the business you want still feels harder than it should.

I don’t coach from a pedestal. I coach from lived experience, practical business expertise, and a deep belief in what is possible when you stop second-guessing yourself, trust your decisions, and consistently take action.

What I Know Now

You don’t need another strategy. You need to stop second-guessing yourself long enough to use the one you have.

More followers will not make you trust your message. A better sales page will not make you believe in your offer. And another strategy will not grow your business if you keep questioning yourself, changing direction, and stopping before your actions have time to work.

Not more followers.

Not another strategy.

Not working harder.

What actually works is building the confidence to trust yourself and keep going.

It’s learning how to make a decision without reopening it tomorrow. Trusting your niche, your offer, and your message long enough to give them a chance to work. Marketing when a post flops. Selling when someone says no. Evaluating what happened and taking the next action instead of starting over.

Stop second-guessing.
Take consistent action.
Uplevel your business.

Because consistent action is what creates momentum, clients, revenue, and business growth.

And when you uplevel your business, you create more of what you wanted from it in the first place: time freedom, financial freedom, and a business that supports the life you want to live.
