This Privacy Policy explains how RLJ Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Rachael Jencks Coaching (“Rachael Jencks Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit www.rachaeljencks.com, interact with our content, communicate with us, register for or purchase our services, or otherwise engage with our business.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, landing pages, forms, scheduling pages, email and text-message communications, online courses, memberships, coaching programs, events, podcast-related offerings, digital products, social-media interactions, advertisements, and other services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control. When you interact with a third-party platform, payment processor, social network, scheduling provider, embedded video, or external website, that third party’s own terms and privacy policy may apply.

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

Payment Information

When you make a purchase, payment information such as card details, bank information, billing information, and transaction authentication data is generally collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not typically receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, amount, date, billing contact details, subscription status, and a transaction identifier.

Sensitive Information

Please do not send us highly sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a specific service and you are comfortable doing so. Coaching and educational services are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial-advisory services. You should avoid sharing Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, complete financial-account credentials, medical records, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary website forms, email, text messages, or direct messages.

We may collect information when you:

  • Schedule or attend a call through Book Like A Boss or GoHighLevel;
  • Purchase a service, course, membership, event, or digital product;

  • Respond to an advertisement or lead form, including Meta lead advertisements;
  • Communicate with us by email, telephone, text, social media, direct message, or another channel;
  • Watch embedded YouTube content or otherwise interact with our website;
  • Participate in a coaching session, membership, community, course, event, or survey.

4. How We Use Personal Information

  • Process registrations, purchases, subscriptions, payments, renewals, and cancellations;

No Sale for Money

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, some analytics and advertising activities involving cookies or pixels may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may request to opt out as described below.

8. Payments and Transactions

Purchases of coaching, services, courses, memberships, events, and digital products may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another disclosed payment provider. Payment providers process your payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices. We may receive information needed to administer your purchase, such as your name, contact details, billing address, transaction amount, payment status, subscription status, and limited payment-method details.

This Privacy Policy does not establish refund, cancellation, subscription, or purchase terms. Those terms are governed by the applicable checkout page, purchase agreement, service agreement, terms and conditions, or other policy presented for the specific offering.

9. Email, Telephone, and SMS Communications

Email Marketing

We may send newsletters, educational content, event announcements, promotions, and offers when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Even after you opt out of promotional email, we may continue to send non-promotional communications related to your account, purchases, appointments, transactions, security, or ongoing Services.

SMS and Telephone Communications

If you provide a telephone number and consent to receive calls or text messages, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, support communications, service updates, or marketing messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase unless clearly stated otherwise where lawful.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us at [email protected]. We may send a final confirmation of your opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect our rights and users.

Certain uses of analytics and advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law. Shine the Light

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes in the manner covered by that law without appropriate authorization.

We are based in the United States.
